Sometimes I like to sit behind the curtain and hide from the madness the of humans who live here. I keep my eye on things in case anything happens that I should know about. I love sitting in the window behind the curtain because I can keep tabs on the birds and cars and people on the outside and make sure that nothing unsavory is going on in the lounge.
Case in point. Notice that Pumpy is getting a big cuddle. When this happens I have to pop my head out and give a grunt of protest and then join him on a lap or a shoulder. Pumpy always wants to sit on the humans lap(s) and I just have to put the kabosh on that lest he gets more cuddles than I. That would be unacceptable.

Oh, I agree - it certainly would be unacceptable for Pumpy to hog the cuddles! Love your hiding place!
