Mrs G.invited us to her open house where she showed us her favorite room. So now we're showing our favorite room. It's the bedroom, of course. We find our bedroom akin to a sanctuary of sorts. We like to read and nap there on Sunday afternoons. And I would be lying if I didn't say that we watch TV in there too. It's a place where we can go get away from the madness of the world. (We can also see into the neighbor's back yard and dining room from our bedroom window.) Personally, I like to sit under the bed but no one else joins me in this.

My kitties would say their favorite room is the bedroom too. This morning when I woke up all three of them were asleep on top of me! I felt loved.

Now that you mention it, we did see that toilet flushing video a long time ago. Little did I realize then ...!

Sometimes I literally crave my bedroom.
I know three kitties who would happily join you under the bed, Pearl... or on top of any people in the bed.
I bet you spent some time recovering under the bed after you ate all of that frosting!
My cats like an old sun lounger in the garage when they want to get away from the bustle.
The best thing about it is that it would take a professional mountaineer to get at and you need a stepladder to see the cats down in the hole in all my other junk.

Pearl -- Is this where you go in a thunder storm? Perhaps there are fewer thunder storms in the UK than you experienced Michigan & NY? I am really enjoying these open houses! Very interesting, have been surfing around through Mrs G's site!

Cody likes to hide under the bed too. Tavi will sometimes join him there, and sometimes Tiki, but mostly, it's Cody's hangout.
It's a very nice bedroom.
