Sun's Out

Well Finally! We've seen the sun and I got to step out into the garden over the weekend.

Many of you have asked about the rain and floods that we've had here in England. Our house has been free from flooding but grandma Pat (you remember Grandma Pat?) lives in Teweksbury! She was without water and electricity for awhile but it seems that things are up and running again. Her house didn't flood, BTW. She lives on a hill.

And FYI, Prince Charles and Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall were in Teweksbury over the weekend. How very exciting.

Glad to hear that your castle and Grandma Pat's are without flood damage.

It is nice to get out into the garden isn't it?

I bet you're so happy to have some sun! We are dying for some rain around here. But certainly not as much as you guys got!! We just would like a little.

Pearl! What are you doing in the Great English Outdoors? I thought you were strictly an indoor kitty?

The look of Bliss is palpable on your kitty face! What a gorgeous garden. So much privacy.

Glad to hear nothing got soggy your way!

Glad your grandma bean is OK. All of that water look scary on the news. Thank goodness for living on a hill.

All this flooding has been kinda nerve wracking for some people. Glad to hear your family are all okay. We did get our roads overflowing but fortunately it disappeared quickly and didn't make it into the house, just the garden. As you say, it's been nice the last few days. FAZ
