See here, now...
I'm showing him my back paws and what I'm telling him is, "I can bunny kick you if things get out of hand..."
What I'm thinking about today is that last year we had a lovely cloth sofa. It was soft and warm. Then there was some talk about cat hairs and what-not and the next think I know is that those two went out and bought leather sofas. And the woman is all happy because she can just wipe the cat hair off her sofa -- but, do you know friends, leather is cold. The woman wouldn't share her sofa pillow with me last night and I REFUSED to sit on the cold leather so I made her get up and go get another cloth sofa pillow so that I could sit on it and rest comfortably.

Yep, my Mommie and Daddie got leather chairs for the same reason! I do not like to sit on leather either.
You are smart to be prepared with the bunny kick. Just in case.
Our Feeders have given up on the cat fur front. They bought a slip cover for the sofa and vacuum it off when it gets furry. I like to hide under it... very cozy!
Try putting some claws in that nice new leather sofa. (don't say I told you to do that.)

Thanks for leaving a message on Edsel's blog.

Yeps, we have leather. What is up with that? Well, mommie has little fleece blankies on the couch for us to snuggle on. It seems to work. Actually if it is really warm in the house... it feels kind of good then.

You need your own little kitty blankie or bed on the couch. Don't your people know they are supposed to pamper you every chance they get?
Tee hee. That's the same thing Maw & Paw did last year!!! Except that they cover it with big bedspreads that get pulled off and tossed in the washing machine when they get hairy. That way, we have nice fresh laundered bedspreads to sleep on, and we don't shread the new furniture. Maw gave up on slipcovers. She hated straightening them all the time, and they shrank everytime she washed them. BTW, the picture of all of us on the green slipcover is a couple of years old. Tee hee.

We don't haf leather but mum puts old blankies on the sofas ennyway to keep all our furrs off it.Looks like yoo won't take enny nonsense wiv that threat of a bunny kick.
My mom says she's always been afraid of leather sofas because of the way we leap off things, pushing with our hind feet. None of your sofas have rips in them from this???
Pearl, you're so pretty. Have I told you that? Mostly white with just a little bit of other colors. Striking.
dinah has sheets on our sofas, too.personally, i think the grey-and-orange trim is rather attractive...
