I don't much care for this.
She keeps our nails short and whenever I see that contraption that she uses I try to head for the hills. In the end she always wins out.
It's a beautiful Saturday morning here in England. I might try to take a quick walk in the garden today but mostly I'll find all the sun spots in the house and throw myself on them.

Poor Pearl! I hate getting my nails cut too. You have a very patient expression on your face though. So, at least the manicure is completed and you can enjoy the sun spots!
I don't enjoy having my nails trimmed either, but they grow so fast I have to have them clipped once or twice a week!

Momma wants to know the secrit of nail clipping, we always squirm and be wiggle worms, esp. Precious. Even the vet said it is a two person job!!

ugg. I hate that nail crap too.
I met a neighbor once that looks like you. we got along pretty good - mom was surprised that we shared the water dish at the same time.
but hey, why not? we were both thirsty and I'm not prejudiced!
I can't believe that you're sitting there calmly having your nailed cut! I'm a terror, but mom now has a new method that works all too well. She puts a towel over my head! The indignity. Then she proceed to clip away. I growl and curse, but to no avail.
Before Mom came up with the idea of "hooding me," I used to scratch and bite so bad that she'd usually give up. I have extra toes, and unfortunately, a couple of them are prone to getting caught in things. You should hear my curses when I try to free myself, and I don't take kindly to Mom's help. Hmm, I guess I have to admit that those pawdicures DO help after all.
