This picture was taken this morning. I was just having a nice morning stroke when that stupid dog jumped up and joined us on the sofa. See the guilt in her eyes.

Notice the book on the table. It's a "One Pot" cookbook. The woman's been thumbing through it to see if there are any super easy recipes to make for the man because tomorrow is his birthday.

Do you have any super easy recipes that a human might like?

Pearl, tell your Woman to go look at the recipe we posted a couple of days ago for Chicken and Artichoke Bake. One of our blogger friends already tried it and got rave reviews.

Few ingredients, can be fixed and in the oven quickly and its chicken. You like chicken don't you Pearl? Tell them you have plans to attend the dinner party.

I don't think that's guilt in her eyes, I think it's fear that you are going to give her "The Paw of Death."
Cooking isn't something I'm very good at. Now, if you want me to catch you a bug for dinner that's a different story!

That doggie is very pushy! The only thing I know how to cook is Stinky Goodness in the microwave. And I do not think your dad would like that very much.

Happy Birthday to your dad!

Happy birthday to your Dad! Our mom just opens cans - so we's not sure that would be special for a bean birthday - but the Chicken and Artichoke bake sounds good - does it come in a can?

I can tell you love your cats more than I, but I can see why. Yours are cuter and have way more personality. Also, I can tell from your picture that I like you...I think it's the bathrobe.
