Fitted Cats

As you know, Pumpy and I used to live in an apartment in New York City. One day the woman brought home a big carrier and she put us in it. We cried and cried. The woman cried. We thought something really terrible was going to happen and actually, it did. She put us on a plane and we had to stay on the plane for 7 hours and when we got to England, the man was there to greet us but we weren't in a good mood at all.

He took us to his apartment and opened the carrier door but we chose to stay inside and we gave him the stare down.

When he went to bed we got out of that carrier and found this cupboard and this is where we lived for about a week. We only left our shelves to eat and use the litter.

Later the woman came to England too and when she saw us she tried to hug and kiss us but we gave her the stare down too. That night she brought a big air mattress out to the big room and she laid down on it and we came out of the cupboard and got into bed with her and we snuggled together and that was the end of our cupboard living.

Today Pumpy and I are really happy in England. We have a house and we can go up and down stairs... we can look out of doors and windows and see birds, squirrels, and sometimes I daresay... other cats. We even have another human who loves us and cares for us (that would be the man) and we love him too, especially when he shares his cereal milk.

Everything is lovely.

Glad you are happy now , moving is a hard experience. Gosh now it's just remind me how lulu and charlie were when we arrived in gib , i am dreading the return drive to uk.I know it's horrible to arrive to an unknow place, but i am hopping they will be recognising the house as it will be all set up for them.

I'm seeing red! As in red X, can't see your picture either. Do you think it would help if I scratch at the screen a little bit?

I can see yer picture! And I see Corn Flakes!!! Cupboards are good to visit, but you can't live there for too long. I am so glad you are happy in England. It seems very exotic.

That sounds like quite an adventure! My goodness I can see why you lived in the cupboard for so long- what a strange turn of events for you two. I'm happy you like England now, I bet its really fun!

this is josh. before my people came to this town we lived in the country with lots of trees and wild animals.then, one day, they put me and my friend, small cat, into cage things and put us in the car.we thought it meant doctor vet, but we just kept driving and driving.at night, we stopped and they took us into a sort of house and told us we must be very quiet.in the morning, we did more driving and driving and then we came to a different sort of house.we lived there for 8 weeks and then we came to this house.and after 2 years small cat ctopped going. but you should not be sad because we all loved him.now i have a ginger friend.and our people share plates with us too.

I really think that you and Pumpy need to go in for some professional portraits. I mean just take a look at what my blog friend can do....Aren't they gorgeous (just ignore the dogs - I have NO idea how they snuck in there but we do know that they are crafty creatures).

Wow. That's a long time to be on a noisy plane. Didn't you have to go into that UK quarantine for like forever??? That's why Maw sez we ain't never gonna move back to Paw's homeland.

Pee Ess. Not that 10 of us would move anyway....
