For my British friends... you know what I'm talking about! And for my friends across the pond, I can only say that I pity you because to my knowledge you cannot buy clotted cream in the grocery store. But if you can get your paws on some, I highly recommend it.
And here's a picture of me napping in the sunshine:
Remember me, my friends, because tomorrow we're scheduled to get heavy rain with gale force winds and I won't be basking in the sun anymore.
How I longggg for clotted cream.

You look so happy in the sunshine, Pearl! And, might I add, beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have clotted cream? I wonder how soon I can get a flight out of S.F.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy that sunshine while you can, then. I hope it doesn't get too wild tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteClotted cream? I like even the sounds of it!

ReplyDeleteOh Holy Cats that looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteMommy looooves clotted cream! But she only gets to have it when she goes to this little tea shop that makes their own. Strangely, she's never brought us any!
ReplyDeleteNo, we can't get clotted cream here. The closest we get is skim milk from Mom's cup. I suppose there's no comparison.

You can make your own clotted cream if you can get fresh NON-pasteurised cream.Simply pour it into a flat, heavy pan and heat very, very slowly, until it clots.
