Can you believe this: I got scolded this week. I was merely sitting next to the dog while she ate her crunchy fudz... encouraging her and supporting her...and taste-testing her dinner. I was shooed away like a housefly and let- me- tell- you that I was pretty peeved. Especially because I let the dog sniff my booty for a long time while I waited for the woman to make MY dinner. Normally if that dog tries anything dodgy (and booty-sniffin' is dodgy) I spit at her and she runs away with her tail between her legs.
The good thing that happened to me was that I got tuna juice in my dinner the next night AND I got to sit in the sun in the garden and I made the birds squawk. That was really fun. I also found a dead mouse near the geranium plant but I didn't touch it... only sniffed a little.
Sorry to hear you were scolded Pearl. I don't care much for dead mice myself, but give me a chance at a live one - now THAT's enterainment.

ha ha ha doggy booty sniffin....eeewwwww!
ReplyDeleteTuna juice - raptures.
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows that if you let the dog sniff your booty, you are totally entitled to some of their dinner.
ReplyDeleteAs a matter of fact, I think it's a law.
Oh, and please accept this hug from me to you!
(((((HUG!!!)))))
I cannot believe you got scolded just for sampling her dinner! Poor Pearl, it seems so unjust.
ReplyDeleteHappy Memorial Day!

Hey alittle food for booty sniffing seems fair to me.
ReplyDeleteSeems like a perfectly fair trade to me Pearl! At least you found a dead mouse to make up for it!

We don't think you should have been scolded for sampling the doggie's food. After all, you were just checking to make sure it was safe for her, right? We sample Camie's food all the time, and we rarely get a talking too. Is the weather warming up for you finally?

That's not fair that you got scolded. Food tasting is a very impawtunt job.
ReplyDeleteTuna juice and a dead mouse will definitely make up for a little scolding!
